Glossary terms on blood, the heart and the blood vessels, in alphabetical order from “abdominal aorta” to “hemophilia”. This deck is the first alphabetical part of the glossary only: terms falling after the letter H — plasma, platelets, preload, systole, the venae cavae, the jugular and mesenteric vessels, the pulmonary and tricuspid valves, and the rest — are not in it.

此牌组在导入时经过修改： Entries were taken from the Key Terms glossaries of chapters 18, 19, 20 and gathered into one deck; the chapter structure of the book is not reproduced. HTML formatting was stripped to plain text. Entries were dropped when the definition is shorter than 25 characters, longer than 400 characters, refers to a figure, a table or another chapter, or repeats a definition already kept; a term already used by another Memoquiz deck built from these books was dropped as well, and each deck is capped at 150 entries. The wording of every definition that was kept is unchanged. This deck is a rebuild of a deck that had been withdrawn from the catalogue after review found factual errors coming from the source. A second, much stricter filter was applied on top of the one described above: every card carrying a digit was dropped, and with it every date, quantity and figure; so were time-dependent wordings, multiple-choice turns of phrase, negative questions, answers made of a single ambiguous word or a bare acronym, and cards duplicating — in either direction — a card already served by another deck in this catalogue. Nothing was rewritten: a card was either kept as the source wrote it, or dropped. After a second adversarial review of this deck, thirteen further cards were dropped and none were rewritten: cards whose definition the reviewers found factually wrong at the source (globin, anterior communicating artery, biliverdin); cards duplicating, inside this same deck, a definition already carried by another card, the second of each pair being dropped (emigration against diapedesis, blood pressure against blood hydrostatic pressure, hemocytoblast against hematopoietic stem cell); cards that cannot be read on their own because they lean on a notion the deck never defines (cardiogenic cords, endocardial tubes); and cards whose definition uses an abbreviation the deck never spells out (NK cells, SA node, AV node, HR, SV and EDV). The announced ban on duplicates, which had only been applied between decks, now holds inside this deck as well. Because the source glossary is a list of verifiable anatomical statements, this deck is declared factual, so that the verification pass applies to it.
