StudyDaily is a mobile flashcard application for iPhone, iPad and Android. You keep the rights to the cards and media you create or import, and you are responsible for having the right to use imported material.

Purchases

Premium is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription and as a lifetime purchase. The store shows the exact local price, trial eligibility and conditions before payment. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in the Apple or Google account settings before renewal. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Service

Local features work without an account. Cloud sync requires a StudyDaily account and Premium entitlement. Network services can occasionally be unavailable; offline changes remain queued on the device.

Anki and Quizlet

Anki is a trademark of Ankitects Pty Ltd. Quizlet is a trademark of Quizlet, Inc. StudyDaily is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ankitects or Quizlet.

Licence

Use of the iOS app is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Catalogue decks remain subject to the licence displayed on their deck page.

Catalogue licences

Nothing in these terms restricts rights already granted by a Creative Commons licence. StudyDaily does not add effective technological measures forbidden by clause 2(a)(5)(B).
